The snowy owl is white and has got black markings. It has got two legs with sharp claws. The size is 55-66 cm and the wing spread is 145-160 cm. The snowy owl can fly. And it can turn its head 270 degrees. The female weighs 2100 grams and the manikin weighs 1700 grams.The snowy owl can live with temperatures up to -56 degrees. Fish, birds, rodents and rabbits are the owl`s favourite food. Its enemies are the wolf, white fox, the skua and humans.
