Hey you. Yes, you. The one who is reading this story on this website right now. This might be my last entry to this website. So listen carefully. Never buy a game named “Slender Alive”. It´s the worst thing you could ever do. I made this mistake.

I downloaded the game 5 days ago, because my best friend told me to. He said, it would be very exciting and addicting to every type of human. He sent me the name by a WhatsApp voice mail. I didn´t understand it very clearly, but I googled it and found it on a website called “slenderalive.net” Under the download link, many people wrote comments to the game like “He will take you with himself” or “Don´t download!!” but I thought, they were just joking like at the other websites. I clicked “download”.

It took a while, because my PC isn´t very fast, but when it finally downloaded, I instantly opened it. A really creepy loading screen appeared. It shows an opening door. A tall man appeared. He was about 2.5 meters tall and has worn a big smoking. His head was completely white and his face wasn´t even existing. It seemed like he starred at me, but he didn´t have any eyes. 8 tall arms were grown out of his back. They slowly moved towards me... The main menu appeared and I clicked “play”, because I couldn´t wait to. Suddenly, my computer screen froze. Then the computer shut down. I tried to restart it, but it didn´t work. A blue screen activated. I read it... “Welcome, Jack.” Where do they know my name from?, I asked myself. I continued reading... “Find the 8 pages, before he finds you...” The screen shut down again. Who is ´he´? I would recognize this early enough...

I stood up and walked through my house, thinking of what I should do now. I entered my garage and saw a piece of paper hanging on the wall. It looked very old and I was sure I didn´t pin it there. I was scared. How did it get there? And why? I looked at the paper again. A red X was drawn on it. The color looked a little bit like blood. I ripped it off to see it better. I´ve heard a quiet. A sound like an achievement of a computer game... I recognize that this was one of the pages. I turned it around. “RUN!” was written on it. I heard a sound like a radio didn´t find any signal. A tall man appeared slowly in my garage. I ran. Ran like I never did before.

These not existing eyes… This faceless head… It stuck in my brain. It will never disappear. I stopped. I had no chance to survive, so I began to write this...
I can hear him. He´s behind me. My time has come…

Erin Hunter is the pseudonym from the british writers Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, Victoria Holmes and Tui Sutherland.

Since 2012, the Scottish writer Gillian Phillips is part of the writing team. Each of the authors plays a different role: whilst Victoria Holmes creates the storyline of each book, Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, and Tui Sutherland take turns writing the books.

2003 the publishing company "Harper Collins" asked Victoria Holmes if she would write a fantasy-story about cats. After she had written the plot, Kate Cary was chosen to write the story. Victoria Holmes oversaw the details and edited the book.
For the third book, Secret of the Forest (Warrior Cats), Cherith Baldry joined the team "Erin Hunter". Later, after Tui Sutherland had written the first "Warrior Cats" Clan book, Sutherland became the fourth Erin Hunter.

Kate Cary was born at the 4th November 1967 in england. She is married and she has a son. Next to the Erin Hunter team she write adventure stories.

Cherith Baldry was born at the 21th january 1947 in Lancaster. She has two sons. She also writes short storys and adventure stories.

Victoria Holmes designed the most "Warrior Cats" storys . She was born at the 17th July 19??. She writes children's stories.

Tui Sutherland was born at the 31th july 1978. Behind to the Erin Hunter team she writes many other books.
